Prayer Request and Plans

We learned recently that John’s mother, Kittie, has been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer which has spread to other areas in her body. As we continued to receive results and news from the many tests over the last few weeks, we began to sense the Lord telling us we needed to return to walk with Kittie through this cancer journey.

After much prayer and discussion with family and friends, we have made plans to return to NC in early/mid April. We are not sure how long we will be in the States, but we know the Lord will guide us. The work here will continue in John’s absence with Gerald running the library and continuing to teach in the schools.

We greatly appreciate your prayers as we all get Covid tests and make the journey back. Please also pray that we would be a real blessing to Kittie during this time.
